Privacy policy

Your account details (name, email), the story inputs you provide (child's first name, age, and the situation you describe), and the stories generated from them. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number.

Story inputs are sent to OpenAI's API solely to generate your story's text, illustrations, and narration. We don't sell data, and we don't use your stories to train models or show ads.

TaleBridge accounts are for adults (parents, guardians, educators, therapists). Stories are about children but accounts must be created and managed by adults. Use a first name or nickname only — we never need more.

Stories are private to your account. If you create a share link, it is unlisted, shows no account information, and can be revoked at any time from the story editor.

Deleting a story removes it from your library. To delete your account and all associated data, email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
